There are many ways for your agency to offer outreach to your clients! You decide what works best for your agency…

Your agency is always welcome to make referrals to our Outreach Coordinator either by giving out her contact information, or by sending your clients contact information.

Another way to offer Outreach is to host our Outreach Coordinator on-site to help your clients sign up for programs or get questions answered about SNAP, Medicaid, TANF and the Women’s Health Program.

Our Outreach Coordinator is also available to train your staff or volunteers to help your clients apply for these programs.
